Information you choose to send
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, region, device, preferred plan and tier, and your message. We store these details in a private WordPress enquiry record so we can respond to your question. The form does not place an order or take payment.
How we use and keep it
We use enquiry details to answer your request and clarify plan or setup information. Enquiries remain in the WordPress administration area until they are manually removed. If you want to access, correct or request deletion of information you sent, email us at the address above. We may need to keep information where applicable obligations require it.
Access and website technology
Site administrators can access stored enquiries. WordPress uses login and session cookies for administrators. This version of the site does not include a public account area, online checkout or advertising analytics. A future hosting provider may record technical server logs; this notice will be updated with hosting details before public launch.
Changes
We will update this page if the live site’s data practices change. Contact us with any privacy question before sending sensitive information through the form.
